The results for Medway in the referendum on the voting system for the UK Parliament held on Thursday, 5 May 2011 were:

Yes – 18,817 (26.15 per cent)
No – 54,540 (73.85 per cent)

The turnout for the referendum was 73,852 (39.76 per cent).
