Sundays are for Kids at The Brook Theatre and this year’s line up promises to be as exciting and entertaining as ever.

The new programme of children friendly productions follows hot-on-the-heels of the successful festive show, The Christmas Adventures of Snowy the Fox.

Previous children’s shows include Crunch! and How to be a Hero and this new season line up promises to delight the whole family.

Sundays are for Kids kicks off with a welcome return of the Kid’s Cabaret of Curiosities on Mother’s Day.

The dazzling show of magical mayhem promises to be a magnificent alternative to the usual Sunday lunch treat for mum.

Suitable for children aged six and upwards, the Kids’ Cabaret of Curiosities rolls into town on Sunday, 18 March. It will return to The Brook on Sunday, 15 July and Sunday, 25 November.

Blunderbus Theatre brings two shows to Chatham this year – The Owl who was Afraid of the Dark on Sunday, 20 May and The Selfish Croc on Sunday, 14 October.

Both Blunderbus shows are written especially for small people aged three and upwards, and promise a magical theatre experience. Blunderbus storytellers use song, music and handcrafted puppets to bring these adventures to life.

Another animal tale with a happy ending is The Ugly Duckling. This classic story of the duckling who longs to be a beautiful swan comes to The Brook on Sunday, 24 June.

Suitable for children aged three and upwards, Kipper Tale Theatre’s production includes catchy tunes, magical storytelling and a lots of farmyard fun.
