A new winter campaign run by A Better Medway health improvement services is giving Medway residents the chance to win an iPad, simply by setting a health pledge for the New Year.

The Healthy New Year campaign encourages people to make a 2013 health pledge – such as walking to work more often or eating more fruit and vegetables. By making a pledge residents will be entered into a free prize draw for the chance to win from a range of prizes – including an iPad 3, Gillingham FC signed football and a family trip to Diggerland.

Pledges can be made in person at one of 14 town centre events, or by post using the official pledge entry form, available at GP surgeries, pharmacies, libraries, community hubs, or dentists.

The pledge entry form also contains 20 tips to stay safe and healthy this winter.
Come and make a pledge at one of the following events:

Gillingham Market – Monday, 19 November; Monday; 3 December; Saturday, 22 December or Monday, 7 January 2013.

Chatham High Street – Tuesday, 20 November; Thursday, 13 December or Thursday, 24 January 2013.
