The Medway Community Safety Partnership is continuing to hold community engagement meetings for residents in Medway.

Following on from the first of its kind in October, the next meeting is to be held at St Marks Church in Canterbury Street Gillingham on Tuesday, 16 April from 7pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to allow local community safety issues to be discussed with representatives from Medway Council and Kent Police, including Medway Community Safety Partnership Chair Cllr Mike O’Brien, Kent Police Superintendent Julia Chapman and Medway Council’s Robin Cooper, the Director of Regeneration, Community and Culture, and Assistant Director for Front Line Services Andy McGrath.

Cllr O’Brien said: “We are continuing to conduct a series of meetings with residents in areas across Medway to give them the opportunity to discuss community safety issues where they live. I would like to invite anyone who wishes to come along to the meeting in April to do so.”
