Kent’s leading wildlife charity is calling upon the horse riding fraternity to support its cross country ride this spring to raise vital funding towards the conservation of local wildlife.

The third Kent Wildlife Trust Charity Ride, supported by Barclays Bank and Lillicos Country Stores, will be held on Sunday 14th April.

This is a rare opportunity to experience riding a beautiful country estate at Torry Hill, Milstead near Sittingbourne with bluebells and blossom adding to the occasion.

The route covers 10 miles (16km) and, for those preferring a more challenging ride, there is a series of jumps of varying heights – but these will be optional. Start times will be between 10am and 2pm.

All those who enter by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a Rambo fleece or stable rug.

There is just one class of entry with a maximum of four riders in a group. The entry fee is £25 per rider (for pre-booked entries) or £30 on the day.
