A new pay-as-you-go fitness programme launches in Medway from Monday, 20 May, designed especially for beginners and those returning to exercise.

The classes at Medway Park, Gillingham are part of On Your Marks, Medway Sport’s legacy programme to break down barriers and encourage community participation in sport. And with 36 classes across the week and 22 different workouts to choose from, there’s something on offer for people of all ages and abilities.

The low intensity classes for people aged 16 and over, and include everything from bokwa African dance, urban dance fit and powerhoop to kettle bells, circuits and spinning. There are also outdoor SoccerFit, RugbyFit and GymFit classes. The sessions cost £3 each and last around 45 minutes each. Places can be booked in advance, or on the day (subject to capacity).
