Back Camera A free Pregnancy Information evening will be held at Temple Mill Children’s Centre in Strood on Monday, 8 July.

The event will be held in celebration of the 6th birthday of the National Children’s Trust’s Early Pregnancy Evening.

The evenings are run bi-monthly and give advice and information on a wide range of subjects, including reflexology, nutrition, baby massage, water birth, midwifery, health visitors, baby sensory and much more.

The event is free to enter and families who attend will also be given a free goody bag.

A free Pregnancy Information evening will be held at All Saints Sure Start Children’s Centre, Chatham on Thursday, 16 May.

The event is for women in all stages of pregnancy, as well as their partners and family. Anyone who would like advice and information can attend any time between 6pm and 8pm.
There will be information from midwives and health visitors as well as organisations including Breastfeeding Peer Supporters and NCT. There will also be advice about healthy eating in pregnancy, cloth nappies and slings, osteopathy for mother and baby, hypnobirthing, homeopathy, oral health and more.

Entry is free and there will be a chance to enter a free prize draw. Refreshments will also be available from the café.

Whether you’re a first time mum with a flurry of questions or a yummy mummy with a growing brood, All Saints Children’s Centre is offering an evening dedicated to the ins and outs of pregnancy.

Following the success of the event at the centre in April, All Saints, based on Magpie Hall Road, Chatham, will be holding another pregnancy evening for Medway mums to be on Thursday, 18 October from 6 to 8pm. More
