Whether you’re a first time mum with a flurry of questions or a yummy mummy with a growing brood, All Saints Children’s Centre is offering an evening dedicated to the ins and outs of pregnancy.

Following the success of similar events at children’s centres across Medway, All Saints, based on Magpie Hall Road, Chatham, will be holding its first pregnancy evening for Medway mums to be on Thursday, 19 April from 6 to 8pm.

From breastfeeding and baby massage to knowing the benefits you are entitled to as a parent, the evening is aimed at providing a complete package of information for expectant parents throughout pregnancy.

The sessions will also include free treatments, demonstrations and information covering a range of areas from waterbirths and pregnancy yoga to reflexology and homeopathy.

Health visitors and midwives will also be on hand to offer expert advice to parents at all stages of pregnancy, whether it’s specific information or an informal chat you’re after.

The pregnancy evening will be at the centre on Magpie Hall Road, Chatham. For more information contact the centre on 01634 338833.
