Christmas Farmers’ Market at Penshurst Place
Saturday 1st December 9.30am-12 noon.
Penshurst Place car park – outside the visitor entrance.

The monthly Rochester Farmers’ Market will be pitching up in Corporation Street Car Park from 9am to 1pm this Sunday, 20 May.

Traders from across Kent who make, bake and grow their own goods will head to Rochester with a selection of fresh, local produce designed to tickle the tastebuds.

On offer at this weekend’s market will be a selection of fresh local meat, including sausages and bacon, bread, savoury pies and pasties, jams, pickles and fresh eggs.

There’s also specialist traders selling Indian and Russian cuisine, olives and French chesses and a selection of tipples including Kent cider and locally infused spirits.

The Farmers’ Market has been running since 2000 and is held on the third Sunday of every month, selling seasonal organic and non organic goods direct from the producer.
